A simple implementation of the popular numeric puzzle for Newton OS.
Source Code
Newton Toolkit source code has been provided in order to encourage improving or updating various features of the game.
For example:
- Improving the solution algorithm
- Creating a more game appropriate icon
- Allowing play on any Newton device, as it’s currently limited to Newton OS 2.0
- Adding an undo feature
- Saving the state of the puzzle when closing
- Adding a reward when the puzzle is solved
- Adding keyboard support
- Allowing the player to choose the level of difficulty for a new game
- Adding a routing action to allow mailing or beaming puzzles to other players
